LOQI Metallic Black Matt

Matt black from edge to edge, with nothing on it but the small woven LOQI tab. The metallic coating gives a soft, low-shine finish that leans more evening than errand — which is rather the point: it works for the supermarket and for a gallery opening, and folds away either way.

What you get
One LOQI tote in 100% recycled GREEN CIRCLE® taffeta with a matt metallic coating — 50 × 42 cm with a 27 cm handle drop, rated to carry up to 20 kg. It weighs 110 g and folds into its own matching 12 × 12 cm zip pouch, so it disappears into a coat pocket until you need it.

How to use
Unzip the pouch, shake the bag out, and it is ready. To pack it away, fold it back into the pouch — a few seconds, no technique required. The coating is water-resistant, so a rain shower on the way home is not a problem. Keep it clear of rough walls and abrasive surfaces though: friction can wear through the metallic layer to the fabric underneath.

Where it lives
The weekly shop, the farmers' market, a gallery opening, gym kit, or the carry-on that needed one more compartment. Hand wash to protect the coating; machine wash at 30 °C in a laundry bag when it needs a proper clean.
