Accessibility Statement

Effective from: 12 May 2026

1. Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the digital service operated at minijoylab.cz (the online storefront, including the cart, checkout, account and post-purchase pages). It is published in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act, EAA), Czech Act No. 424/2023 Coll. on accessibility requirements for products and services, and follows the structural model of Annex I to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

2. Compliance status

The service is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA and the harmonised standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1. "Partially compliant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the requirements; the non-accessible content is listed in section 3 below. A follow-up evaluation pass on real assistive-technology devices (screen readers, switch control, voice control) is planned and will update this statement.

3. Non-accessible content

The following content is known to be only partially accessible. We disclose these limitations transparently as required by the EAA and Act 424/2023 Coll. § 11:

4. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this service, or if you need information that is currently published in a non-accessible format, please contact us at support@minijoylab.cz. We acknowledge every accessibility request within 7 days and provide a substantive response — or an accessible alternative way to access the content or complete the purchase — within 30 days.

5. Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to a feedback request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Digital and Information Agency (Digitální a informační agentura, DIA), pursuant to § 15 of Act No. 424/2023 Coll. dia.gov.cz.

6. Micro-enterprise note

If the operator meets the thresholds for a micro-enterprise set out in Art. 4(5) of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (fewer than 10 staff and annual turnover or balance-sheet total not exceeding EUR 2 million), certain obligations under the European Accessibility Act may be reduced. The operator does not currently rely on this exemption and commits to good-faith compliance with WCAG 2.2 level AA and EN 301 549.
